For anyone in the US who has access to BBC America, you should look out for the second series of Robin Hood which begins on April 26th (yes! Michael's birthday). I love this series, it's a modern twist on the ancient legend and very much worth watching. Here in England it is aimed at the family audience and airs early Saturday evenings. Robin and Marian are young and the kids can relate to them as heroes but at the same time there is humour very much aimed at the adults watching along with the kids. In fact it is the evil Sherrif of Nottingham and his sadistic sidekick, Sir Guy of Gisborne who really make this show worth watching. If anyone does watch it or happened to watch the first series, I'd love to hear what you thought of it.
